Greenland
The first stamps were issued 1938. But parcel stamps were issued in 1905 and they were used until 1938.
A few private stamps exist. The best known are the stamps issued for the Thule region. The post service to this region was performed by The Cape York Base in Copenhagen.
The stamps are numbered logical #1 to # 118 from 1938-
Prices are given for ** = mint and o = used. Prices do allways reflect quality. Prices for used are for normally canceled stamps. Prices for stamps with a perfect central cancellation are higher. Examples of ecxellent cancellation can be seen in the illustrations of the years 1997 to 2000.
